Zoological Alarm Clock

I don’t know about you, but it’s been my lifelong dream to wake up to the sound of monkeys every morning. Way cooler than a rooster. And now my dream can come true!

I think I looked at apartments in that vicinity in 1995. I don’t recall anyone mentioning the benefit of monkeys, which I’m quite certain I would have remembered.
