Good Luck Motor Driving School

The Good Luck driving school in Mumbai.

Good Luck Motor Driving School car

A Good Luck driving school student-driver on the roads of Mumbai.

Who do you think the “good luck” is meant for?

When I saw the sign on the school itself, I assumed that the good luck was directed at the person receiving the lessons. However, upon seeing the car on the road, my first thought was that the good luck was directed at all the OTHER drivers on the road at the time.  What about you?

There’s a Comedy Driving School in SF. Some how that worries me more than Good Luck Driving School.

I think anyone would be lucky to see anything out the rear-view mirror. What’s with all the stickers all over the window?

I think it’s more on the lines of “Good luck trying to overtake take me bugger,” considering how people tend to ignore lane system in most parts of India (including Bangalore).

PS: When are you coming back to Bangalore?

What are all the signs under the Good Luck sign? The one to the right of the no right turn looks like no trumpets or maybe no missiles.

    @ Maire,

Good question. It was in fact, a trumpet. Maybe no jazz music? No mariachi bands?

I’ve posted an expanded view of those icons.

I am not sure whether your comment makes me just laugh or whether I should be a bit frightened too! Ha-ha!
