The following sign was seen in the window of a very unique bakery in Chicago:

Unattended children will be given an espresso and a free puppy

The sign reads: Unattended Children will be given an espresso and a free puppy.

If you’ve knowingly and willingly brought your child to a shop that only sells cupcakes, I’m not sure the espresso is much of a deterrent.

    Clearly this is meant to deter parents from neglecting their children. What parent hopes their child will be given a puppy and shot of caffeine?

    do you think that parents just drop their kids off there in hopes that they will bring back expresso for them and the puppy will be a reward for the kids. I guess it sure beats having your finance driving out to the boone-docks of wisconsin to pick up a new dog without talking to you first

    @ Pat – Maybe the puppy was a surprise present for you? Did you ever think about that? Maybe she just wanted to surprise you!
