Pay on Foot

I imagine this sign touting “Pay On Foot” is explaining that you may pay for parking by walking up to these machines or you may wait and pay on wheels when you drive out of the parking garage.  However, I suppose it could mean any number of things…

    Cash on Delivery – A transaction in which goods are paid for in full in cash or by certified check immediately when they are received by the buyer.

    Pay on Foot – A transaction in which payment is made in cash or by certified check immediately when the payer is kicked by the payee.
