Alley speed limit 15 m.p.h.

So all you speed-demon soccer (or is it basketball?) players better make sure you keep your speed under fifteen miles per hour if you want to play in THIS alley.

    Looks like kickball to me, although kickball in an alley would be a bit absurd. It also could be dodgeball. Can the person or the ball not exceed 15 m.p.h.? This sign is way to vague.

    I think it would be hard for someone with no feet to achieve 15 mph, thereby making the sign moot.

    the person’s head and the ball seem to be the same size…….not knowing the relative size of the person, I could only guess what type of ball it is. I would have to say that a kickball is about the size of a child’s head. A basketball is closer to the size of an adult head. if we could find out the age/size of the person, we could deduce the type of ball they are chasing.
