Well, maybe all they forgot was a question mark…”Shop? No”
I figure they simply left off the shop number so that only people who are “in the know” can find them, and authorities would have trouble pinning them down.

Fair point. I guess it would only be there for people “semi-in the know”.
It might also serve as a marketing tool…”We can’t tell you where we’re located, but you should know that there is such a shop nearby. Ask your friends where to find it! Wink. Wink.”
