When you land at the Philadelphia airport, you have the opportunity to visit the D Bag claim. It is unclear, however, if this is (a) where you pick up D Bags or (b) where you file a claim about a D Bag (similar to filing an insurance claim).

I’d like to file a claim against the person who cut me off on the road this morning.
Just had to turn first, even though you were waiting at the red light and I was driving through the green light. The 5 second delay of letting me proceed as I was legally entitled to do was just too much, huh?
Maybe it’s a slang thing..you have to say it like “da bag claim,” or “da parking.”
Or maybe it is access only to women with D-cups? I would say they’re very special…
