For the first time, I had the chance to see the Limerick Power Station as a reasonably close distance. I found the shapely towers and plumes of steam positively hypnotizing. Watching the white clouds of steam climb further into the sky, I was filled with wonderment, awe and fear. I was within a short distance of a nuclear power plant – consider the power that flows from there! The engineering and science that underpins it functionality. The number of people who light their homes every evening with its power. The potential danger that is the powerplant. The dangerous by-product of nuclear waste. It was a lot to take in … and has left me still pondering. Not sure what to make of it all.

I like to think these sorts of things are busy powering my tech gadgets, which makes me quite happy.

This doesn’t mean I don’t wonder or worry just a bit about the nuke waste, etc., but it’s probably one of those things I just prefer not to think about.

And I don’t know what to think about that.

Has CMD been contacted by the FBI, NSA, CIA or Homeland Security about their video surveillance of a nuclear power plant?

    @ K

Sorry for the delayed reply. I was checking through the back of comments left on our blog to see if Robert Mueller, Keith Alexander, Leon Panetta or Janet Napolitano had anything to say about this post. Nothing yet … and to confirm, I did check the spam filter too if see if they got caught there.

    Thanks for your concern.
